Thus we do not use code generators, image slicing, and templates for our programming and design. All of our work is done by hand to ensure the best possible outcome and product.

Design & Graphics:

  • Advanced custom site design specifically for your business, up to 3 hours programmer time.
  • Up to 10 images (provided by you) used in the design.

Content Management System:

  • Basic CMS (Content Management System). Allows you to update the text on up to 4 designated sections on your site (does not include picture uploads).

Search Engine Optimization:

  • Site map for all pages. This helps get a better ranking in some search engines.
  • Insertion of keywords & metatags for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Keywords are descriptions are to be provided by the client (you). Create a concise, well worded description of your company with a 250 character limit (including spaces) and come up with a list of 10-12 keywords (words you think people would use when searching for your site).

Set-up/Configuration:

  • Up to 5 email addresses, with your very own domain name.
  • One month free website hosting. All websites need to be hosted somewhere. We have a secure place to host it, which we charge $140.00 a year for.
  • One year free domain name hosting. Just like the website, the name of the site also needs to be hosted somewhere. Domain name hosting is $19.99 per year. Initial domain name registration & setup is $29.99.

Miscellaneous:

  • 1 hour of phone training & consultation (unlimited listeners) $150.00 value.
  • Video tutorial showing how to use your customer CMS.
  • Browser compatibility testing for latest version of FireFox & Internet Explorer on PC based systems. We do this because different browsers can read things differently.
  • Dedicated Project Manager w/phone and email support (during assigned work hours and project duration).
  • No annual fees for the website design (Remember, the website & domain name hosting do have annual fees).
  • No code encryption or access restrictions, once the job is complete and paid for.
