In this video, I share my experience and the results of a KETO-MOJO blood glucose and ketones test after ingesting a series of powdered mix products.

WHY DID I CHOOSE THESE PRODUCTS?

THE TEST PARAMETERS

*GKI - GKI stands for "Glucose Ketone Index." It is a measurement used to determine the amount of ketones and glucose in your body. Ketones are molecules produced when your body burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. The GKI helps assess the ratio between your blood glucose levels and ketone levels, providing an indication of your body's metabolic state. KETO-MOJO has several status names for the varying levels of GKI. GKI levels are defined as follows:

9.0 or greater - Not in ketosis.
This level indicates that you’re not following a keto diet or only recently started.

6.0–9.0 - Mild ketosis
Weight loss and optimal health

3.0–6.0 - Moderate ketosis
Metabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and obesity

1.0–3.0 - Therapeutic ketosis

TEST RESULTS

BEFORE:
Glucose: 83 mg/dl
Ketones: 1.9/mmol/L
GKI: 2.4 (“high therapeutic level of ketosis” according to KETO-MOJO)

AFTER (1 hour):
Glucose: 91 mg/dl (+12)
Ketones: 1.3/mmol/L (-6)
GKI: 3.8 (“moderate level of ketosis” according to KETO-MOJO)
